Excellent if not perfect. Very thorough with first class instructions, many helpful suggestions, techniques and approaches. Possibly (at least one of) the best of its kind currently on the market. There is little in this world that is perfect! This could be improved in one or two respects. First, there is perhaps too much em[phasis on painting trees in landscapes, which means that the latter sometimes predominates over the former. Secondly, I (but perhaps not everyone) would have liked more on the approach to painting specific types of trees, leaving the reader to use that in application to his/her own paintings. Nonetheless, this is really well worth the money and most people will surely benefit from it .
