This is a great book in the full-length, hardcover edition. Does a great job of teaching about different emotions. Visuals are artistic as well as being useful illustrations of the content.
Don't waste $ on the heavily-abridged board book, though--all the best pages are not included, so the board book version becomes a bland, uninteresting version of the original book.
