As the book's author I was not surprised to see it has now sold more than 20,000 copies. Humans find it extremely funny, although it simply points out, for canine training purposes, peoples' foibles and vulnerabilities: their obssessive sex drive, inbred instinct to serve us dogs, fascination with balls, inability to resist tempation, suitability as chauffers, etc.
Cats, of course, HATE the book.
