Very Good in Very Good jacket. Inscribed By the Author Truitt offers a moving exploration of her life as an artist, a woman, and a mother. Tan boards with quarter-bound cream cloth. Foxing to the upper edge of the text block and cloth. Jacket lightly crimped with foxing primarily internally, with a few spots on the front and upper flaps. Inscribed on the title page "For Nancy Cantwell, with all best wishes, Anne Truitt." Cantwell and her husband Richard were long-time members of the Carleton College community in Northfield, Minnesota.
