Dr. Qian received her bachelor's degree in public health, a Master's in pathology, and her PhD in cell biology. Her areas of focus are biomechanics, mechanobiology, bone metabolism diseases, space biology, space biotechnology, and nuclear acid drugs research; and she has published more than 200 publications and invented more than 30 patents.
