Alan Foley is an assistant professor of instructional technology at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, where he teaches graduate classes in the College of Education. Alan Foley is an assistant professor of instructional technology at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, where he teaches graduate classes in the College of Education.
