Andreea Sandu

Andreea Sandu was born in 1996 in Iowa City. At the age of 10, she published her first book, the poetry volume "I Will Be There", and later followed it up with a second volume, "Until Eighteen," at the age of 14. After publishing her first novel, "Chaos in the Subway", and the novella "As the Tide Rises" at age 16, she published her third poetry volume, "Collateral Damage", at the age of 19. Andreea is currently studying linguistics and foreign languages at the University of Virginia.
