Aymen Tawfeeq Almoayed is an executive and strategist with a career spanning law, investment, public service, corporate transformation, and hospitality. A graduate of the University of Kent and Cambridge Judge Business School, he has founded successful legal and advisory firms as well as investment ventures, bringing a unique blend of strategic insight and entrepreneurial acumen to his roles. He has held pivotal positions in shaping Bahrain's youth and sports sectors as Minister of Youth and Sports (the youngest cabinet member at the time of appointment) and later Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports. Renowned for his ability to drive impactful change, Aymen has built teams that led organizations through complex transitions across diverse industries, from public institutions to global corporations. He currently serves on the board of numerous corporate entities. This includes being chairman of a global hospitality brand with operations that span over seventy countries, the oldest and arguably most successful shipyard in the Arabian Gulf region, Bahrain's venture capital fund, a boutique strategy and transformation consultancy, and a regulated investments firm as well as acting as a board member of a listed retail commercial bank.
