Charles T. Richards started reloading in 1950 for the .218 Bee using the Lyman Model 310 tong tool. He now reloads for a number of cartridges ranging from the .204 Ruger to the .30-06 Springfield. He recently retired from Intel Corporation after a career as a technical writer for over thirty years, mostly in the telecommunications industry.
