Magic Outcomes offers professional leadership training and team development, based in a primary school, with all profits going to Magic Breakfast. Magic Outcomes now runs programs to help low-income schools develop social enterprise skills and create more happiness for everyone in the school environment. In 2005, Magic Outcomes won the Caroline Walker Trust Social Enterprise Award.
