Claire Connolly

Claire Connolly is Professor of Modern English at University College Cork. Her core research interests are eighteenth- and nineteenth-century literature and culture in Ireland, Scotland and Wales. She is the author of A Cultural History of the Irish Novel (2011), and co-general editor of Irish Literature in Transition (2020).
