Dan Bozung is the author of This Civilian Sh*t Is Hard, the ridiculous story of his military-to-civilian transition odyssey. He grew up in Indiana and Michigan and enlisted in the Navy at age seventeen. He later became a Navy pilot and flew missions throughout the Western Pacific and Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In the private sector, Bozung has served in roles ranging from unskilled construction laborer to vice president and general manager of a multinational manufacturing business. He holds a BS from the US Naval Academy and an MBA from Harvard. He lives with his family in Kansas City, Missouri. See less
