As a competitive baseball coach, Dave has cherished countless opportunities to mentor young athletes. Over the past fifteen years, he has served as a coach and board member in supporting L.E.A.D., an inner-city baseball program that is serving as a model for Sports Based Youth Development. For nearly three decades, he has inspired graduating seniors at the University of Florida's Rinker School of Construction Management with his interactive coaching sessions.
