Denis Noble is Emeritus Professor of Cardiovascular Physiology in the Department of Physiology, Anatomy, and Genetics of the Medical Sciences Division of the University of Oxford, where he held the Burdon Sanderson Chair of Cardiovascular Physiology, 1984-2004.
