Didacus Jules is the Director General of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS). Didacus Jules is the Director General of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS). He holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction Educational Policy, an MSc in Curriculum and Instruction both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an EMBA and a BA (Hons) from The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. Didacus Jules is the author of numerous articles and book chapters on educational reform, adult education, cultural studies, and organisational transformation.
