Dr. Jinting Wang received his B.Sc. degree from Hebei Normal University, Shijiazhuang, China, in 1994, the M.Sc. degree from Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin, China, in 1997, and the Ph.D. degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2000.
