After having been diagnosed as gluten intolerant in 1994, JoDee Vale began what would turn out to be years of research into gluten intolerance and celiac disease. JoDee Vale is a licensed massage therapist, performing many modalities of massage, cranial sacral bodywork and reconnective healing, and has been an holistic health advocate since the early 80's.
