Julia H. Allen is a senior member of technical staff within the Networked Systems Survivability Program at the Software Engineering Institute, leading the team responsible for developing security improvement practices. She is author and coauthor of many influential SEI CERT documents. Previously, Allen was Director of the SEI. She has more than 25 years of managerial and technical experience in software engineering.
