Keith Armstrong was born in Lancashire, England, but emigrated to Ireland in 1967. He lives in Drumgora, County Cavan with his wife Rosemary. Having spent all his working life in International Textile Design and Engraving he decided to take things a little easier and semi retire to concentrate on writing and painting. He is an accomplished portrait painter with many high profile people as his subjects. To date he has written six novels that can best be described as thrillers. His first book 'A Day at the Races' was published in 2013. This was quickly followed by: Sand Dollar Logistics, influenced by his many trips to Africa. Colonel Smythe's Daughter. The Hunt for Larry Roberts, Master Forger. The Cruise Family Connection. This is Keith's sixth novel and follows the life of a young standup comedian as he tours the clubs of Northern England learning his craft as a comic. It then becomes apparent there is a serial killer on the loose, when several vocalists are found strangled. When police discover he has appeared on the same bill as these murder victims he is taken in for questioning. He denies any involvement in these killings but when several more vocalists are found murdered he becomes the number one suspect as the serial killer. As he battles to prove his innocence he is on the receiving end of a police vendetta and suffers a huge personal tragedy as he tries to clear his name. The action is fast moving, laughter is followed my death and when drugs become involved it takes on a whole new dimension as he battles to prove he is innocent as the story moves from England to Ireland.
