Burman, Khagesh Dev

Khagesh Dev Burman hails from the royal family of Tripura sharing the same heritage as the legendary Maharajas of Tripura. After completing MA in Political Science from Calcutta University, he joined the Indian Revenue Service in 1967 and retired as Commissioner of Income tax. He was the editor of Prantik and Prantik Sahitya Patra .
