Michael C.A. Macdonald is an Honorary Fellow of Wolfson College, Oxford and a Fellow of the British Academy. His research focuses on ancient literacy, the languages, scripts and inscriptions of northern Arabia, Jordan and Syria, and the ancient history of the nomads of the region. Michael C.A. Macdonald is an Honorary Fellow of Wolfson College, Oxford and a Fellow of the British Academy.
