Michael Meltsner, former Guggenheim Fellow and Berlin Prize Fellow at the American Academy, has been a Professor of Law at Columbia and Harvard Law Schools and Dean at Northeastern School of Law, where he is currently Matthews Distinguished University Professor of Law.
