Nancy Gallagher

Nancy Gallagher is a professor of history at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and co-director of its Center for Middle East Studies. Her publications include Medicine and Power in Tunisia: 1780- 1900 , Egypt's Other Wars: Epidemics and the Politics of Public Health , and Approaches to the History of the Middle East: Interviews with Leading Historians.
