Nigel Cundy was born, raised and educated in Britain, where he studied physics and then theoretical physics at the University of Oxford, and then immediately moved to Germany and South Korea to pursue a research and teaching career in theoretical physics. Then his love of British biscuits and cricket compelled him to come home. Unusually for a modern physicist, Nigel has long had an interest in philosophy, particularly classical philosophy. Built on logical rigour, clear principles and careful scientific reasoning, it's just a different way of thinking about the world than what we are used to. Which, in these confusing times, is precisely what we need. He blogs at http: //... and isn't quite as boring as he seems. Nearly, but not quite. See less
