Oracle Hekataios is a modern-day seer, iatromantis, Strix, and initiated Wiccan. He is the hierophant and founder of the Ophic Strix Tradition, a high priest (minos) in the Minoan Brotherhood, and an initiate in the Alexandrian tradition of witchcraft.
