P K Singh has obtained his Bachelor and Master degrees from one of the prestigious Universities of UP, and later was awarded Ph.D. degree by a University in Bihar. He was a recipient of a number of scholarships. He has written a number of research papers for national and international level seminars, held in India and abroad. He has also written articles for a number of books and journals. He has widely to conferences held in Asia and Africa.
