Dr. Saad Motahhir (Eng., PhD, AGYA Member) is a Professor and Director of the Applied Sciences and Innovative Technologies Laboratory (LSATI) at ENSA, SMBA University, Fez, Morocco, with extensive expertise in embedded systems and renewable energy technologies. He previously worked as an Embedded Systems Engineer at Zodiac Aerospace Morocco (2014-2019), holds an engineering degree in Embedded Systems from ENSA Fez (2014), and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from SMBA University (2018). Dr. Motahhir has authored numerous publications, primarily focusing on photovoltaic solar energy optimisation and embedded systems, and has contributed to patented innovative projects. He is a book series editor for IET and Taylor & Francis, a guest editor for special journal issues, and serves on editorial boards and as a reviewer for various journals.
