Dr Kwok is a story scientist and an expert in cross-border bullion finance. He holds a Doctorate in Professional Studies (DProf) from Middlesex University London. He developed a unique approach to role-based narrative policy framework and Policy-actors group research for branding management. Dr Kwok is an FHEA with extensive experience in conducting educational research and authoring business cases published and reprinted internationally.
