Her blog focuses on ageism and women's equity. She served as a director, secretary, and governance officer of the National Board of the American Association of University Women (AAUW). She's traveled the US to speak to AAUW stakeholders about women's issues and is currently the president-elect of the AAUW New York Board of Directors.
