Sarah Taylor Vanover

Sarah Taylor Vanover, EdD, has worked in the field of early childhood education for over twenty years, serving as a teacher, director, trainer, and college professor, as well as the Director of the Division of Child Care in Kentucky. She is currently the Policy and Research Director for Kentucky Youth Advocates, where she focuses on early childhood education policy and research aimed at achieving positive outcomes for young children.
