Todd's ministry vision is to reach those that are not experiencing the life of abundance that Jesus came to give them (John 10:10). Todd studied theology at Centerville Bible College and Trinity Bible College & Seminary. He holds ministerial credentials with Victory Ministries Inc., of which Dr. Darrell Huffman is president.
