Uta Barth was born in Berlin, Germany and later worked and lived in America. Her work has been exhibited internationally at venues including the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; the Guggenheim Museum, New York; The Museum of Modern Art, New York; the Los Angeles County Museum of Art; the Wexner Center in Columbus, Ohio and Parco Gallery, Tokyo.
