I thought I knew alot about factory farming, but Nicolette's book is amazing and so brave. I raise my own animals for meat, cheese and milk with love, kindness and most of all with respect. If I can't sleep where they sleep then it is not clean enough. The problem lies in how to get this information to the vast majority of people who just don't think about or care where their food comes from and how it is grown and treated.
