Wow! I wish I'd read this 5 years ago
Hi, If you suffer from depression for whatever reason this book will help you to understand why you feel like you do and give you a plan to be yourself again! I call this book my bible. I read this book when I was in a really bad place - it took me 2 years to get it out of the drawer. The minute I started to read it I felt better. Just being able to understand what was happening to me physically took away all of the thoughts - eg. Am I lazy, why can't I go out and be normal! And then, the same book told me how to fix it. After 2 weeks of diet and exercise I felt amazing and I came off Prozac and I have never taken it again. I owe so much to this book. I strongly urge you to read it for a much happier life.
