This is a wonderful tool for divination. I have been the proud owner of these cards for over 16 years.
It is easy to understand as well as learn. The artistic illustrations are beautifully colored and the card spreads are easy to learn.
When I was searching, these cards were nothing but helpful.
These aided me in finding out who I was and how to help others. Being of Cherokee and Osage lineage, the stories and the meanings of each card explain a lot about finding oneself.
I have been a tarot practitioner for almost 20 years, and as one of the tools for divination this collection has helped me on so many levels.
This deck is also very helpful for the beginner in learning how to read cards.
With constant use, any practitoner can take this journey to self-discovery and get results!

important book!
Great book to pick up and browse over and over again. This book of inspiration is right on. Using the voices of our ancesters this book activates ones deep reflection of the universe and our place in it. Get the cards which may be sold seperately and enjoy the numinous experience. Be careful to look at the edition you are getting as some new animals have been addied since the early printings. The Medicine Cards have the perfect balance between poetry, history, wisdom, and truth. It is a must have for everyone. Peace.
