In a slipcase. / "This book was printed and bound at Gregynog by David Esslemont, David Vickers and Alan Wood. The typeface is Monotype Bembo and the papers used are Zerkall mould-made and Japanese Gampi Vellum hand-made. The wood engravings were printed by hand from the original blocks. Assistants: Ben Williams and Lisa Hunt. The edition is limited to 200 copies of which fifteen, numbered I-XV, are presented in a special binding together with an additional set of the engravings.
