Pages may contain some notes or highlighting and there might be a From the library of label. Boxed set packaging shrink wrap or included media like CDs may be missing.
This is at a much more advanced level than the intermediate programme in the same series.
It is very good, but disappointing in that it doesn't follow the very successful format of the prior course. Specifically, there is too much text book learning with the prior series I could do all of my learning listening to CDs.
Secondly, you have to be prepared for a lot of colloquial expressions, rather than literal translations. This was quite difficult at first, but I soon got used to it
