Invaluable content, underqualified realization
The Gildersleeve-Lodge is a precious resource for the students and enthusiasts of the Latin language. A very detailed and systematic description of the matters of grammar, including morphology and syntax.
Unfortunately, this "edition" is merely an underdone offset of the 1895 print. It's apparently diminished in size and there are occasions, albeit not too numerous or dramatically preventive, where a letter or two is illegible.
The content is many times worth the low quality of the imprint.
