An Introduction to Intellectual Property is written is simple, everyday language. The book addresses the need for information about intellectual property that's basic and general in scope, while at the same time covering in detail the four types of intellectual property: patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, each with its own chapter. It was conceived as a starting point; a primer if you will. Once the reader learns the basic concepts, he or she can then move on to more advanced sources of information.
