ordered my book a month ago, never got any tracking info. I asked the seller for an update & they said they didn?t even have my book on their shelf when i bought it. so logically i asked for a refund & they ghosted me, I never got my book or my money back

Seller Bonita entered the order# into the USPS tracking# to game the system. According to my subscription to USPS, which logs and tracks every order, no shipment is coming from Bonita. He's doesn't really have the books.

Ordered 1/14 and paid 9.99 for expedited shipping, ETA was by 1/19. Label created but hadn't shipped by 1/29. Message seller (no reply) and Alibris 1/29, it finally shipped that day. Arrived 2/3. Alibris wouldn't reimburse shipping cost.

Horrible Shipper! I ordered this book on 1/8/25, and it's slated for delivery on 1/24/25. That is simply unacceptable (express shipping was paid for). 16 days! Over 2 weeks! In the future, I will not place my business with this seller.

The book never arrived and I got no explanation of why. So Alibris issued me a refund. The tracking number was not valid so I wasn?t even able to see if it got lost in the mail somewhere.

The description of the item was not accurate. The book had a big fold in it. The hard cover and all pages have been bent. The delivery was much longer than promised. I won't buy from this seller again.
