I ordered a songbook of music and received a vinyl record. It doesn't even have the same title, though both items were Sesame Street. I went through Alibris to secure a return and refund, but based on other reviews, I'm not optimistic.

HPB-Diamond shipped my book to the wrong address. When I pointed out their mistake hoping for a replacement or a refund, they never responded. This is the worst bookseller I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.
