Seller listed book in "Good" condition but sent a copy with missing dust jacket. Returned for refund per their instructions. Tracking shows they received it over a week ago, yet still no refund. Now wasting more time trying to get my money back. :(

I tried to contact the seller twice immediately after ordering to request the book be sent to a different address. They did not answer either email and they sent the book to the wrong address.

KuleliBooks ships the wrong product they have advertised, and they don't follow-up with you on the status of the return, or credit reversal. Awful in every sense. Caveat emptor.

Book arrived in good time, in beautiful condition. Primo Levi. Also the first book I've been able to find in Italian on Alibris, takes me back to my adolescence. The other book which I thought was in Italian turned out to be in Spanish translation.
