The description doesn't match the item. It was described as a hardcover "with sewn binding and dust jacket". I received a reprint without dust jacket. It was very disappointing, not least in view of the high price I paid.

Although I never recieved a message that the book will be delivered from the logistics company and the seller did not provide a tracking number , the seller did not issue a refund for the shipping costs.

I received a message saying that the book had shipped on 13th December. I never received it. After 2 months enquiring, it turned out that I had been refunded on 28th December, but not informed. I won?t be using them again

UPS charged a $76.15 broker fee unbenownst to me. The whole reason why I ordered from you folks was to SAVE money. What a waste of time, will not be ordering from you again.

The plastic bag was broken, but the books remained all right. A carton box (added to the plastic bag), would complete the packaging and protect the books against possible blows.

Box damaged, probably because only packed in a plastic envelope. If the box had been damaged before shipping then the description as 'fine' would be inaccurate. Books in very good condition, with some slight crush damage to dustjackets.

I never received the book and then they gave me a refund 3 weeks later without notification. If I knew they did not have it I could have ordered it elsewhere
