This book has writing on 13 different pages. This is NOT in FINE condition (Fine Pages are clean and are not marred by notes or folds of any kind). I will not be ordering from Thriftbooks in the future. This book is useless to me.

This is a great recap of what transpired during the troubling time of 1961 Alabama, and Mississippi. The story was featured in a documentary on PBS, which is why I bought this book. I recommend this book and the seller who sold it through Alibris.com

This is a great book, written by a family member of the founder of Aikido, and it provides a good overview of what is involved with this Japanese martial art. I don't think it's possible to learn the art from a book, but as I said, it's a good overview.

The book I received was not the edition advertised, including the picture of the book posted for sale. The seller will tell me to return it, but it is a huge waste of my time to do that. Better to do it right the first time!

I would NOT buy from again. Description was totally false. It was a damaged, discarded library copy but described as "fine, clean and not marked". Did NOT refund the price of the book. (Alibris refunded the shipping only)

Ordered 3 books from 3 sellers paying same shipping fee on 6/3. One arrived on 6/12, one on 6/16, this seller--6/20. Technically within range--allowing extra day for Juneteenth but still eight days later than the first. To me, that says something.

NO dust jacket. I wanted the Anastasia series in HC with dust jackets, & checked each description. This listing did not say no dust jacket, which it should have. Very disappointed, & thin plastic package with no padding to protect the book
