Not updating the tracking information properly makes it harder monitor the book's shipping. If there is an issue, such as a delivery to a wrong address (yes, it happens!), we have no way of addressing it.

Dec. 2 received "your order shipped". Dec. 5, "we can't supply it and will issue refund". So apparently it's their practice to lie and say they have shipped something before they've taken it off the shelf or even confirmed inventory.

I ordered Dr Strange omnibus vol1 from this seller, before realising it was erroneously listed and was actually Dr Strange #51. I requested a cancellation, which they completely ignored and shipped the item. I not very happy about this.

Book received was not in Very Good condition. There is heavy black magic marker on the fore-edge of the pages covering up what looks like initials. Probably just an honest mistake on the part of whoever evaluated the book's condition.
