A 6 pound encyclopedia sized book was shipped a 1000 miles in a plastic baggy with zero protection. no bubble wrap or box container- book corners are all bent and bruising of the book skin and edges are a huge disappointment. Terrible shipping.

Book only wrapped in plastic bag for shipping. Bag torn open and book cover damaged by USPS. Bubble wrap or a padded envelope would have been better.

Only the cover had some damages and it was a bit ripped off but the main pages were in perfect conditions and readable without damages.
