I prefer to get the most recent edition when it comes out, but in any case, this older edition still contains much of the information.
Since corporate interests have held sway in the FDA 1980-2008, it's important to do one's own research on the ingredients in foods we might buy. Fortunately, Ruth Winter has done most of the work for us. I think everyone should have a copy.
