This isn't an incredibly complex, interesting or heart-warming story, but it is very entertaining. Basically, a completely naiive and clueless boy who spent his entire life in a small farm with only one other person (and therefore knows nothing about the outside world, although he gets high standardized test scores) suddenly has to go to a normal, public school. As part of a traditional joke, he ends up getting elected as the student council president. Like anyone would expect, chaos ensues.
