A Must Read
This great classic is a must read for anyone serious about transforming their health. Spelling out in simple, readable language this book has long been held a classic in health circles all over the world. While the author refrains from hyperbole I shall not: refined sugar is to the body like eating battery acid; it's deadly and devastating in it's effects both individually and collectively. It is in essence ruining our health and therefore our world. Don't take my world for it, Open your own eyes and begin your health transformation beginning with this foundational health classic.

I'd give it five but...
For anyone interested in nutrition (by which I mean living in real relationship to food and how it effects us - not "nutrition" as what the FDA or people in white coats tell you to eat) this book is for you. The writing is both personally and scientifically convincing - it's hard to read without wanting to go further, too. I'd give it five stars, but I do wish the book were more current. EVEN STILL, the information herein is pertinent, useful, and inspiring. Give up the sugar and start living your life!
