Item not received, tracking number initially not provided. Contacted seller and was forced to open a USPS account to initiate investigation AND provide seller with a screenshot BEFORE refund was processed. NEVER AGAIN!

Seller fell to disclosed that access code was already used. I will change my feedback once seller gets back with me regarding access code. If seller fell to get back with me I will be returning and asking for a full refund.

item was packaged poorly just a thin plastic sleeve no bubble wrap or anything the spine is split not happy.the seller needs to package carefully instead of trying to save a buck and have damaged merchandise. I took photos of it on my phone to show

Disappointed. The supposed "hard back" book I ordered is a very small format size- 4.5"x7". Booksrun, the seller, has a qr code and sticker "Read.Sell.Repeat" on this book- which states it's worth 33 cents and is a paperback, if I want to trade it in.
